When you click on the "Customize" button, it logs you out of WordPress. It says "Your session has expired. Please log-in again."
When you log in again, it immediately logs you out.Same issue also comes up when trying to "Live Preview" themes.
Solution
In wordpress Go to settings > general menu > "site address (URL)" set to "www.domain.com" if you have redirected your naked domain to www in your DNS settings.
